Florists in the United States range from neighborhood flower shops with a walk-in cooler to studio designers who work only by appointment for weddings and events. Most retail florists build arrangements to order, deliver the same day when you call before early afternoon, and belong to a wire network (FTD, Teleflora or BloomNet) that passes out-of-town orders to a local shop. Ordering from the shop directly rather than through a national website usually means more flowers for the money, because no order-gatherer takes a cut. Flower markets and wholesalers sell loose stems and bunches, often early in the morning, and many now open to the public. Flower farms grow seasonal blooms such as dahlias, peonies and sunflowers and sell by the bucket, by subscription or as pick-your-own.

Palm Bay is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Palm Bay is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I have tried ordering flowers here for my mom on two separate occasions. One of which was her birthday, where instead of calling the sender (me), they called the recipient (my mom) to say the flowers were delayed. It was supposed to be a surprise. While they were apologetic, it still took away from something special I was trying to do. Also, I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, with a delivery day on the day of, and they got delivered two days early. Flowers also do not look like pictures. I really prefer to support local businesses as opposed to major flower companies, but everytime I try there are major mistakes with my order. I do not recommend ordering flowers from here.

Walked in yesterday on my way to a first date to pick up some flowers. Usually shops have some arrangements premade. There were none ready and I had a little time to spare so I waited as the owner quickly got one made up. She kept in mind my budget and occasion and created a very nice arrangement mixed with 3-4 different flowers including roses for a fair price, plus a vase. I was very pleased and my date was thrilled to receive them. It was a 5 hour first date and neither one of us wanted it to end. There will be more dates and flowers in my future.

Second year of disappointment. Pictures on the website do not represent the real product. I received an underwhelming bouquet with 2 normal looking roses and the rest were tiny, baby looking, roses. I've attached what the website showed for Premium, because that is what I ordered. My pictures show a few angles. I tried calling to discuss it, but she said that I should have known they would be small roses because the description says "spray roses"... I am not a florist, how could I have known that? Especially when the pictures of roses on the website look like normal full roses. She would not offer a refund or any compensation, and thinks that her customers should know the nuances of roses. We should not have to know every type of roses/flowers out there, the photos should be of the real product, not fantasy, and if the roses are smaller than normal roses, then TELL us that! She will say, read the description, but the description does not say they will be baby roses. No partial refund, no offer to do better next year, I will not buy flowers from here again.

I just wanted to say thank you for The amazing flower arrangement delivered to my mom for her birthday today. It was last minute and a same-day delivery in the beautiful arrangement made her day. The lady that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and I definitely would order from here again. As a sidenote, I live out of state so I always rely on my mom to send me pictures of the flowers when she gets them. These were outstanding.

I ordered flowers for a family member having a rough time. I ordered the Sapphire Skies Bouquet - Deluxe - and what was delivered was not as beautiful as the pictures. I understand substitutions occur but this bouquet delivered just looks sad. NO where near the amount of Lilly's or Carnations. Just too many fillers and not enough flowers for the deluxe version. The one to the left was the delivered flowers and the one to the right was the ordered one. A little disappointed in this service. Will be making a phone call to them after work today.
